Return Policy- All sales are final.  Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for products damaged in transit.

 

Refunds & Exchanges- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email within the first three days of receiving your order.  If a replacement item is not available (some items are handcrafted therefor there may not be a duplicate) you will be refunded.

Candles-All candles are hand poured and made to order.  Please allow up to 3 business days for all hand poured candles.

Shipping- Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping.

The Hippie Witch is not responsible for any USPS shipping delays or any lost packages marked delivered, but not received.
